This blog highlights some of my experiences and thoughts along my career journey.  Today’s IT and business environments move at break-neck speeds.  Change is constant.  It seems I am continuously in the middle of mergers and acquisitions, working on outsourcing engagements or having my own job eliminated due to outsourcing (sometimes on both ends of the same outsource!!).

Ultimately I am looking to achieve balance, between formalization and agility, data and intuition, order and chaos, work and family.  I hope some of that comes through in my writing.
